Residential Plot Pinar de Campoverde Alicante

Opis

Note: Non Negotiable Price. Located in the sought after Village of Pinar de Campoverde in the old part of the village in an extremely quiet area. This plot has an existing wide entrance gate with perimeter wall and clearly marked boundaries. There is access to mains services, water, electric and sewerage and plenty of space to build a substantial Villa of character with multi car garage and pool. The plot used to have a tennis court near the top and should be easy to excavate and return to a level plot to build on. It is approximately 185m above sea level and is situated on sandstone rock. The sea is just 8km away, and there is easy access to the AP7 Motorway and both International Airports of Murcia and Alicante. There are cheaper and more expensive plots for sale in the village much the same as there are different priced Villas, but in this instance the owner would still like to develop and sell the property themselves but would be prepared to sell at the right price to the right owner.
